Shipping & Delivery Policy

1.1 Delivery Duration

One of the most common questions customers ask is, “How long does it take to receive my order?” Hash Static Room provides free express delivery on every order to ensure fast and reliable service.

Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after being shipped. However, deliveries to smaller towns or less populated areas may take up to 4 business days depending on delivery conditions.

1.2 Tracking Number Not Yet Provided

After completing your payment, your order status will change to “Processing.” If you have not received a tracking number by 8 PM, please contact Hash Static Room customer support so we can assist you.

If your order status shows “On Hold,” it means that payment has not yet been received and the system is still waiting for confirmation.

1.3 Late Delivery or No Delivery Updates

The tracking number provided will display an estimated delivery date, but this date may not always be exact. In some cases, orders may even arrive earlier than expected.

If the estimated delivery date has passed and there are no updates on your tracking information, please contact Hash Static Room. When reaching out, include your order number in the subject line so our support team can quickly assist you.

Once your request is received, our customer service team will contact the delivery agency and open a service ticket to locate your parcel. Package tracing may take 3–5 business days. Our team will continue to support you until your order is successfully delivered.

1.4 Package Failed to Reach the Customer

Although this situation is rare, Hash Static Room ensures that all orders are covered by shipping insurance.

If the delivery agency confirms that your package has been lost or stolen, Hash Static Room will replace your order in full.

However, replacement orders cannot be issued if the tracking status shows “Delivered.”

1.5 Tracking Status: “Electronic Information Submitted by Shipper”

If your tracking number shows “Electronic Information Submitted by Shipper,” there is no need to worry. This simply means the shipping label has been created and your order is being prepared for dispatch.

Tracking updates usually appear between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM once the package is scanned and accepted by the delivery service. At that point, you will be able to track your parcel as it begins its journey to your address.

Delivery Information

2.1 Delivered Status from the Delivery Agency

When the tracking system indicates “Delivered,” it means the package has been delivered to the provided address.

Some locations may have alternative delivery points, such as:

  • Mailrooms

  • Front desks

  • Concierge areas

  • Secure drop locations

We recommend checking these areas and confirming with other members of the household, as someone else may have accepted the package.

2.2 Signature Requirement

For security and documentation purposes, delivery personnel may request a signature upon delivery. This helps ensure that packages are delivered safely to the correct location.

If you prefer not to sign for your delivery, please leave a note during checkout explaining your request. If no note is provided and the tracking status shows “Delivered,” Hash Static Room cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

2.3 Orders Requiring a Signature

Hash Static Room generally ships orders with a signature requirement to provide additional protection for your purchase.

If you would like your order delivered without a signature, you must leave a note at checkout authorizing our shipping team to release the package without a signature.

2.4 Tracking Page Not Updating

Occasionally, the delivery agency may delay updating tracking scans. In these cases, the tracking page may appear unchanged even though the parcel is already in transit.

Most orders arrive within 3 business days, but delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If 5 business days have passed since your order was shipped and the tracking has not updated, please contact Hash Static Room so we can investigate the issue with the delivery service.

2.5 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct before placing an order.

Hash Static Room cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided during checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact our support team immediately so we can attempt to correct the address before the order is dispatched.
